Description
A premium and limited supply breed of free-range chicken fed with their staple food of Horse Grass/MaCao (马草) and corn, enhancing the natural sweetness, flavour and aroma of the chicken. This is a highly popular species as it is mostly prepared only in restaurants and not easily available to consumers!
Due to it’s diet, the flesh is naturally flavourful and smooth, hence why our customers only prepare it with very minimal seasoning – often steaming with sesame oil along with a slight salt rub. Try it for yourself! 🙂
