Currently we require a 2 day notice until the order is despatched to you. For example, a confirmed paid order made on Tuesday by 6:59PM is eligible for delivery on Thursday (Delivery time is 11AM-6PM).
Orders can be made in advance with a later delivery date too – just choose your delivery date at check-out page.
We currently deliver to areas within Klang Valley listed below. Feel free to message us if your area within Klang Valley is not listed below and we will provide further details.
Delivery fee of RM10 applies for all orders with total spend of below RM200. Orders above RM200 will have the RM10 waived and absorbed by us.
On the day of your delivery look out for a text message or call from our driver, it will advise you when your item is picked up from us. All orders are expedited from 11am-6pm.

1. Kindly note that the delivery time 11am – 6pm. We apologise that we cannot guarantee to fulfil your request if you indicated a specific delivery time.
2. If you wish to know a more specific time range for your ETA, you can always WHATSAPP our customer service to assist.
3. Driver will call you upon arrival. Please ensure your phone isn’t on silent.
4. Waiting time :
First 10 mins: Free of charge.
After 10 mins: RM 2.00 is chargeable for every subsequent 5 minutes.
Max. Waiting time : 20 mins.
5. An extra handling fees of RM10 will be charged for any failed delivery attempt.
6. For condos/ high rise unit, we do not provide door-to-door service, especially during this covid-19 pandemic. Orders will be picked up from lobby / guard house only. Sorry for any inconvenience caused 🙏🙏🙏
